ZC-349 resin is an unsaturated polyester resin with DCPD, maleic anhydride and standard diol as main raw materials, which has been dissolved in styrene cross-linking monomer and has low viscosity and medium reactivity
ZC-349 resin has high strength, good rigidity, excellent FRP mechanical properties, and good water and heat resistance, and is suitable for making ordinary profiles by pultrusion process.

1. ZC-349 resin does not contain wax, accelerator or thixotropic agent.
2. ZC-349 resin is sensitive to light and tends to gel after exposure to light, so avoid opening the package or exposing it to strong light before use.
3. Recommended curing system: BPO curing agent 0.5-2.0%; TBPB curing agent 0.5-1.5%. The actual selection should be confirmed based on specific equipment, products, process temperature, pultrusion speed and other factors.
4. In view of the differences in compatibility between different resins and different color pastes (pigment pastes), customers should test the compatibility and stability of resins and color pastes (pigment pastes) before use.
