ZC-3083 is a low shrinkage additive for SMC / BMC.
Dedicated to SMC/BMC manufacturing processes. When used in conjunction with ZC1061,ZC-2061, etc., the compression molded SMC/BMC products exhibit very low shrinkage and good gloss. The minimum shrinkage can reach 0.1%. ZC-3803 has excellent thickening properties and compatibility with pigments.

ZC-3083 is commonly used in conjunction with ZC-1061 for the production of low shrinkage molding compounds. Typically, the ratio of ZC-1061 to ZC-3083 is 70:30, but this can be adjusted as needed. Molding
conditions are: 140-160℃ and 50-100kg/cm². Depending on the size requirements of the final product, 300ppm-600ppm of hydroquinone (calculated based on the total amount of resin and low shrinkage additive) can be added to the formula.
