Chemical/Physical Nature

ZC-1067-H Resin is an unsaturated polyester resin mainly composed of dicyclopentadiene, maleic anhydride, and standard diols. It has been dissolved in crosslinking monomers such as styrene and has moderate viscosity and reactivity.

Benefits and Application

ZC-1067-H Resin is water-resistant and corrosion-resistant, with fast curing, small shrinkage, high hardness, and high mechanical strength. It is suitable for products such as ordinary marble adhesive, anchoring agent/planting adhesive, etc.

Application Guidelines

1.ZC-1067-H resin does not contain wax, accelerators, or thixotropes.
2.ZC-1067-H resin and its products are sensitive to light and easy to gel after seeing light, so it should avoid opening the package or exposing it to strong light
before use. The packaging of the product should be made of non transparent materials to avoid light transmission.
3. ZC-1067-H resin does not contain high-efficiency stabilizers. When making products such as marble adhesive, anchoring agent/planting adhesive, etc., to
ensure their storage stability, sufficient amount of high-efficiency stabilizers should be added, or ZC-1067-H resin with added high-efficiency stabilizers should be selected. When 0.3% N, N-diisopropyl alcohol is added to ZC-1067-H resin, its storage capacity at 80 ℃ can reach over 80 hours.
