Application Guidelines

1. ZC-0202CN resin does not contain a promoter, and it is necessary to add an appropriate amount of promoter and hardener according to the operating environment and requirements when in use.
2. When in use, it is essential to control the moisture content of materials such as glass fibers, fillers, and pigment pastes, and pay attention to the compatibility of pigment pastes with unsaturated polyester resins.
3. Its reaction activity is high, and the setting of its line speed should be combined with the actual conditions of equipment and process. When choosing fiberglass,
consider matching the refractive index with the resin to ensure the transparency of the board.
