ZC-3084A resin is a reactive flame retardant unsaturated polyester resin with tetrabromophthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride and standard diol as main raw materials. It has been dissolved in styrene crosslinking monomer and has medium viscosity and medium reactivity.
ZC-3084A resin has high strength, good transparency, excellent flame retardancy and mechanical properties. It is suitable for making FRP products with flame retardancy and high mechanical strength requirements, such as FRP boats, lifeboats, shell boxes, firework barrels, cable boxes, etc.

1. ZC-3084A resin contains wax, but no accelerator or thixotropic agent.
2. Recommended curing system: pure cobalt accelerator 0.4-2.0%; MEKP curing agent1.0-2.5%.
3. Adding an appropriate amount of flame retardant can improve its flame retardant properties. The addition of flame retardant should comprehensively consider the
impact on other properties of the product, and conduct tests to confirm if necessary.
