Chemical/Physical Nature

ZC-1076 resin is an unsaturated polyester resin with dicyclopentadiene, maleic anhydride and standard diol as the main raw materials. It has been dissolved in cross-linking monomers such as styrene and has medium viscosity and medium reactivity.

Benefits and Application

ZC-1076 is water-resistant and corrosion-resistant, has fast curing, small shrinkage, high hardness, and high strength. It is suitable for products such as ordinary marble glue, anchoring agent/rebar glue, etc.

Application Guidelines

1. ZC-1076 resin does not contain wax, accelerator or thixotropic agent.
2. ZC-1076 resin and its products are sensitive to light and tend to gel after exposure to light. Therefore, it is necessary to avoid opening the package or exposing it to strong light before use. The packaging of the products should be made of non-light-transmitting materials to avoid light transmission.
3. ZC-1076 resin does not contain high-efficiency stabilizer. When making marble glue, anchoring agent/rebar planting glue and other products, in order to ensure its storage stability, sufficient high-efficiency stabilizer should be added.
