ZC-650 resin is an unsaturated polyester resin with phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride, and standard diols as the main raw materials. It is soluble in crosslinking monomers such as styrene and has low viscosity and moderate reactivity.

ZC-650 resin has low viscosity, high hardness, fast curing, good transparency, moderate temperature peak, and good toughness, making it suitable for polystyrene board.

Application Guidelines

1. ZC-650 resin contains wax, no accelerators, and no thixotropic additives.
2. The styrene in the resin is prone to volatilization, which can cause changes in the performance of the resin product. Therefore, the resin container should be kept sealed.
3. The production of Baoli board coating is a film coating process, and it is necessary to avoid the influence of moisture and solvents on the coating. It is recommended to choose high-quality methyl ethyl ketone peroxide curing agent and 10% cobalt
isooctanoate accelerator.
4. ZC-650-1 resin has low viscosity and is suitable for thin coated polystyrene boards; 650-2 resin has moderate viscosity and is suitable for coating medium thickness polystyrene boards; 650-3 resin has high viscosity and is suitable for thick coated polystyrene boards, with higher fullness and brightness.
5. For coatings with higher hardness and brightness requirements, it is recommended to choose NEWSOLAR650B series resin. 650B series resin has the characteristics of high activity and good low-temperature workability.
